With almost decade of experience Chris started in the Industry with a leading Australian Mortgage Brokerage in late 2009. By 2010 Chris was awarded the Rookie of the year with and also a qualifier in the MFAA excellence awards for young brokers. In 2011 he moved aggregators to Loan market where he built up a self sourced business based on referrals from happy existing clients, family and friends​ ​along with other professional business partners including accountants, financial planners & solicitors. In 2016 Chris moved this to a new level starting his own Brand and Business, Sunshine Coast financial Solutions. The business has continued to grow by imply providing a superior service and customer experience all on a total repeat and referral business approach​. Chris looks forward to looking after all your financial solutions needs.

Shanina Smyth

Shanina Smyth

With 24 years experience in the Financial Services Industry Shanina offers all the support you will need in the fine details of your new home loan. Coming from a banking background with Westpac Bank starting in 1994, Shanina has experience primarily in Client Manager roles that provided informed, personal and practical advice to help clients work towards achieving their financial goals. In 2016 she decided to make a career change and commenced work as a Client Service Manager in Mortgage Broking. Shaninas’ role is to support Chris and to help manage all aspects of Loan Administration. This involves working closely with our clients from pre-submission right through until settlement and providing clients with after care once their application has settled.
