Director - Senior Mortgage Broker

Meet Chris Wilson, the heart and driving force behind Sunshine Coast Financial Solutions (SCFS). With over a decade of finance expertise, Chris’ journey as a broker began with Aussie Home Loans in 2009. As a result of his hard work and commitment, he received the coveted title of Rookie of the Year in 2010 with Aussie. By 2011, he was ready to take the next bold step: crafting a self-sourced business built on trust and strong partnerships.

In 2016 SCFS was established. Since then, Chris’ leadership has fostered continual growth with a commitment to superior service and a friendly “total repeat referral” approach. This has resulted in a successful business culture that prioritises exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term relationships and encouraging a high level of referral business.

In 2023, Chris led the team at SCFS to new heights, with the business earning industry recognition and multiple nominations for outstanding customer service awards. Chris was also honoured to be named in MPA’s Top 100 Brokers in Australia for 2023 and nominated as a Finalist for two separate categories in the prestigious Better Business Awards for 2024 (QLD Best Residential Broker and QLD Best Regional Broker).

Daryl’s journey began in the quaint town of Nambour, where he took his first steps in the industry as a diligent Bank Teller. Over the years, he industriously climbed the professional ladder, evolving from a Teller to a Branch Manager and eventually reaching the prestigious role of Area Manager.

Daryl’s diverse experience extends beyond traditional banking, venturing into dealership finance and mortgage broking. His versatility and adaptability have allowed him to navigate through different facets of the financial landscape, gaining invaluable insights along the way.

Approachable and professional, Daryl possesses a unique ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a manner that resonates with everyone. Today, Daryl takes immense pride in his role as “Poppy” to a couple of gorgeous grandbabies. Daryl’s commitment to service goes beyond the finance world. While working at the bank, he concurrently served as a part-time firefighter for an impressive 13 years, showcasing his dedication to both his professional and community responsibilities.

Adam is a seasoned mortgage broker with a decade of invaluable experience in the industry. Adam’s journey began as a loan processor, before steadily climbing the ranks to become a highly accomplished mortgage broker.

Originally part of a family mortgage broking business, Adam later transitioned to a prominent brokerage on the Sunshine Coast. His outstanding performance led to a nomination for Rookie of the Year and consecutive placements in the Top 25 Finsure Brokers in both 2022 and 2023.

Passionate about delivering exceptional service, Adam approaches his role with a compassionate and down-to-earth demeanour. His patient and relatable approach is especially appreciated by first-time homebuyers, a demographic he takes particular joy in assisting. Drawing from his own recent experience as a first-time buyer, Adam is committed to simplifying the process and minimising potential stresses for his clients.

Over the past 8 years, Tracey has honed her expertise in the broking industry, bringing a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence in client service.

Tracey embarked on her career straight out of school, joining NAB (National Australia Bank), where she navigated various roles across rural North Queensland and inner-city Brisbane. Her journey within NAB led her from branch-level responsibilities to the pinnacle of her role as a Personal Banker. Throughout her tenure, Tracey demonstrated exceptional leadership by successfully managing both processes and people.
